Add settings.bundle script

Add a script so

• A default Settings.bundle bundle is created somewhere (ask for correct path ?)
• It includes git branch and git commit hash placeholder
• It is added to the project default target
• A build phase is added so the git branch and git commit hash is overwritten with the real git commit hash and branch
